Somewhat of a surprise

The rental had an amazing view! We were very surprised that we could not access the beach that we had paid to easily walk to. Rather than having access that was in view it was a 1/4 mile walk down the road. The condo was well decorated but had stains on couch and smelled like mold. There were 3 of adults and the small room was more of a closet but I'm sure it would be good for small children. The one shower didnt work and someone came to look at that and had a short term fix until we could leave. The light in the laundry room didnt work so I used a flash light to do laundry. I think there was something else but we were only there for 3 days so I can't remember. The idea is great for the condo but the beach situation is horrible. I feel like the complex will have alot of feedback on this

I really enjoyed renting from this company. They were very personable and attentive. The unit we stayed in was decorated nicely, however the back cushions to the outdoor furniture were missing which really put a damper on enjoying the view from the porch. Also, the unit had a smell of mold/mildew that was concerning, and the master bathroom smelled of urine due to the fact the toilet over sprays when flushing and you can see where it has continued to land on the calk, discoloring it.

This condo offered a beautiful view of the gulf and it was nicely decorated. However, there were some things that need to be addressed. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Wall next to top bunk feels soft, possibly a water leak behind the wall. We encountered a few bugs. Master toilet spews water occasionally.

We loved our stay! Unit was super clean & updated beautifully! Great view too! Only downfall is no elevator(only 2 flights of stairs) but with ice chests, suitcases, etc it’s a little tough. Also the bunk room is much smaller than I thought from the picture. Not a dealbreaker, but it was tight. The location was great as we were just minutes from Rosemary & Seaside and enjoyed biking to both! We will definitely stay again!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at “Point of View”. It was a great space for our size group, and of course, that view was incredible!
It's a little odd that you're not allowed to use the beach you see from the condo balcony (it's a private beach for the surrounding properties), but thankfully, the public beach is not far at all. Definitely within walking distance.
We had some minor issues with the property that we worked around, but the property owner was very responsive during and after our stay, and they took all of our feedback graciously. I don't think the issues we encountered will be a problem moving forward.
We hope to visit 30A again in the future, and if the timing and circumstances work out, we would consider “Point of View” again.

Generally positive. Quality of beach chairs were poor, one totally broken, but mgmt team replaced with new. Ice maker did not work, but mgmt team provided a 20 pound bag of ice. No cable tv, Limited options, complicated and frustrating to use Apple TV, should provide cable. Great beds and linens.

Beautifully Renovated Property with Easy Beach Access

Lovely view of the ocean from property. Although it rained most of the days during our stay, the modern interior made it comfortable to stay indoors. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances which made cooking for a family of six very seamless. The beach is steps away to a small area of public beach. The property offered private beach access that was about a 3-5 minute walk on the sand and a short ride on the trolley that was available. We also liked how plenty of beach chairs were provided. The location on 30A was ideal with close proximity to many restaurants and shops.

This unit was just perfect...Modern and immaculate with gorgeous views! It’s in an area that is quiet and not crowded at all, but a close drive to pretty much everything- restaurants, shopping and the Chill ( previously know as the Hub) is just a few minutes away. The beach chair set ups seen from the unit are for guests of the two adjacent condo units, but the designated beach for this unit is only a few steps away, not a big deal at all. ( And the “wet sand” on the beach is apparently open to everyone. )Being able to see the beautiful white sand and clear/ blue water from the open concept living/ kitchen area as well as the balcony and primary bedroom just adds to the comfort and beauty of this unit. We will return!

We rented the place to have a nice and relaxing break. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there was ongoing construction next door and the noise was constant, daily, starting early in the morning. I wish VRBO would add a disclaimer that there was construction nearby and I would have considered another location. Also, the apartment faced a dumpster that belongs to another apartment complex. So twice during the week we had trucks very early in the morning collecting waste, adding up to the noise. I feel like I wasted my money as we were not able to really relax and enjoy a quiet place. Other than that, the apartment is nice, well located at a short walking distance from the beach. Everything in the apartment looks new and nice, and beds are very comfortable. Customer service was great. I would recommend this property, but advise anyone to ask about construction on site before booking and consider the dumpster location.

Point of View is the perfect place to stay for a next trip. Down the stairs and 50 steps to the beach. Wonderful view from the balcony, very practical and well appointed interior. I would stay here again with no hesitation. The property managers were so great and give you all the info you need on where to go, what to eat and any tips for your stay. 5/5 on any rating.

After staying in many Seagrove Beach condos over the years this one rates high on our list. The condo has been completely refurbished and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. If there were any details missed we could not find them. Even the ceiling had details you don’t see at this price point on the beach. The condo was very clean and an easy 30 second walk to get to the beach. The property management company was always very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
