This unit is cared for by the Club, you are not dealing with an individual owner so you don't get specific instructions for the unit just rules for the whole club. I was a long term stay although for some reason things were broken down into individual months by the Club as far as notices, etc. which was annoying. If you read the previous reviews I found most things to be true; i.e. a little mold (which is normal for this area) the bed, the difficulty in finding the washer/dryer, etc. I figured the washer/dryer was in the outside storage room but there was no direction as to a key. You have to ask at the lobby desk and return it before you leave. The Club also tried to charge me extra cleaning fees (they called it interim cleaning) since I was a long term guest. I did not end up having to pay this since it was not disclosed prior to booking. Overall, I was very pleased with the unit and my stay, it was clean and I had everything I needed. Holiday Isle is a wonderful community, quiet, with lots to do and the Club was accomidating and friendly.

Great room once we got tv’s working. It could use a note on the refrigerator or somewhere that lets you know where the washer and dryer is located. Found it 3-4 days into our visit. Overall we had a great time.

Spring Break 2021

A very disappointing start.... we paid a hefty fee for this property and looked forward to our spring break. Once we checked in and went to our room, the first thing we noticed was a bed missing. We were told the previous owner took it and the property wasn’t aware. My two boys ended up sleeping on an air mattress the entire trip... could have been worse but definitely not what we paid for. They did offer a small stipend to try to help but again, not what we signed up for. Property was good and rest of trip was ok too.... room could have been cleaner and we ended up cleaning/sweeping it again when we got it due to finding things out of place or still dirty.

Very Relaxing Getaway

The condo we stayed in (418) was very nice. It gave us the feeling we were already at the beach and ready for some relaxation. We could enjoy the sight and sound of the waves from our balcony and the close proximity to the beach was a plus. The beach did not let us down. We enjoyed a few days of unwinding and enjoying God's beauty. The Back Porch was a good restaurant also. We are definitely planning a trip back to Destin!

Room nicely decorated.beds comfy. Kitchenl lacking in several areas..we cook a lot on vacation and the selection of pots and pans was can opener in room. Does have coffee pot..bring ur own filters. Bring all of your own spices including salt/pepper. Liked the room over all and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. We didn't get there until after the front desk was closed. We tried to get into our room but the code did not work. The security guard was very helpful. He let us in the door and had the code working by the time we returned from the grocery store. The condo is very spacious, plenty of room for our family of four. I love the kitchen counter, it is very wdie and easy to serve food. It was conveniently located with the laundry room on the fourth floor. The pool is not extremely large but never felt crowded. I loved the shuffle board and tennis court option. The perks of renting two dvds and once returned two more, was nice after a day at the beach and pool. Loved having two beach chairs and umbrella and it was free. At other condos we have paid over $250 to rent. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all. The ocean was blue green, no seaweed and no jelly fish to be found. They gave hot dogs, chips and water to all gues to celebrate the 4th of July. We were able to see the fire works from the parking lot. We wish we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait to return.
