This was a wonderful friend's & family vacation. Construction was not the best on this trip but the unit was clean & it didn't take away from our fun & enjoyment. Amenities were good, beds could use an upgrade, other than that it was all 5 star. Very convenient location to stores, restaurants, & attractions. This was our 2nd stay at ST and I would highly recommend it.

The furniture needs updating. The vertical blinds were a major disaster. Sections falling off. Gaps when closed. Matresses in nthe master bedroom needs immediate upgrade. Of course, the constant loud construction noise. That was part of the renovation
environment out your hands. Over all it was pleasant. Fix the light switch next to refrigerator freezer door.

We traveled with three adults, one teen, and a nine year old and arrived late Saturday night.
Pros:Getting in the gate was easy. The condo was clean and as described. The free beach chair service is fantastic! The towels were nice. Ashley in the office was very friendly. Convenient location to local attractions. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean in view.
Cons: Crawling into bed after a long travel day, we found the mattresses had no pads on them, so decided to sleep on top of the sheets. However, there was sand on the top sheet. Bedding could use updated and improved. All of the beds are terribly uncomfortable. There is no maintenance on call for weekends. There was a foul smell in the master shower that started on day 2. It was reported with no response.
Issue:On Sunday, we found the garbage disposal clogged and didn’t allow the sink to drain properly. Then, toilet in the main bathroom broke. We left a message and had to wait. The office called around 9:30 am and sent someone to look at it. He fixed the sink, but the toilet he couldn’t. Later that day we took the check-in form to the office and inquired about the toilet. At that time we were told a plumber had been called. When the plumber came he said something had to be ordered and the earliest it would get fixed would be Wednesday. For almost our whole trip we had one working toilet for five people which was in the master bedroom. Privacy was lost for us and disrupted our sleep for those who needed the bathroom at night or early morning. The office manager failed to communicate any updates of what the status was, (we had to ask) not even to apologize for the inconvenience. Things happen, but the lack of response or even general lack of caring was upsetting. I did email her about my concerns, but still do not think she cared or saw my point.

This is a wonderful three bedroom unit that does provide all the comforts of home and does have some wonderful amenities to include the FREE BEACH SETUP for your stay. The Rental Manager was made aware of the maintenance issue on Monday after our onsite maintenance said a a plumber needed to be called. Plumber came Monday, parts ordered and on Wednesday repair was made. When I left a message on your phone I relayed this information. On your behalf I spoke to the Owner about your inconvenience with only having one working toilet for part of your stay and she refunded you $150.00 for the inconvenience. We do take each issue personally and we do care about the service our customers receive. We apologize for this inconvenience and we do hope you will come back and visit Shoreline Towers again. The stay was nice, in s good location close to the boardwalk.the only issue we had was the AC that ran the bedrooms did not cool well the temp never was any cooler than 78 degrees we had to go but box fans for the room which still was hot. The kitchen and living room stayed st a very comfortable temp. The condo was clean and spacious

Took this trip with our family of four, as well as another family of four. We spent 5 nights. The only downside was a previous renter took a key home so we had to share one key between our two families, which was inconvenient when we went separate ways. The walk to the beach was literally a walk across a parking lot. Great location and great condo! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Destin so we had no perspective as to where to stay, what to do, how to get there, good restaurants, etc. Shoreline Towers was a great location. The condo was clean and very roomy. The management company incredibly helpful (especially Eloisa). Beautiful view of the beach from our beachside balcony. One unexpected item was the fact that each condo was almost sound-proof! Since we were there with teenagers who like to play loud music, I was very concerned about disrupting our neighbors. Several times while the girls were playing music, I stepped outside our door to make sure it wasn't too loud.... couldn't hear a peep. This sounds like a trivial thing, but it was a big deal with several teenage girls.... especially when you combine laughing, giggling, music and generally having a great time! Absolutely loved the gigantic bathroom as well. We didn't use the swimming pool or fitness facility (since we spent all available time at the beach) but we did explore these amenities and they looked clean, inviting and in good condition. La Paz, the Mexican food restaurant next to Shoreline Towers, was amazing! GREAT margaritas! (after dealing with all these teenagers, my sister and I deserved margarita or 2!)

We stayed at Shoreline towers from 6/19/17-6/24/17 and we were very pleased with our stay. Condo 3036 was beautiful from décor to how fully equipped the condo was. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and in our bedrooms. The access to the storage room was also very convenient from beach toys for our kids to chairs and umbrella. The short walk to the beach was also a plus. We will definitely visit shoreline towers again next year. Our only downfall was there was a storm passing through so we got 2 days of rain and the power went out in our tower but other than that our stay was excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. The rental was clean and had lots of room. The rental is located in Tower 3 which is a very short walk to the beach. I enjoyed not having the closer towers since the walk to the beach was the only exercise I did on this vacation. The towers have luggage carriers for convience of carrying in groceries also! This rental also had a storage key that had many amenities such as chairs, floaties, and an umbrella. I will definitely rebook with this rental in the future.

This was a nice condo, but could afford to be updated. The kitchen sink never had hot water. It was always cold water. The bedrooms and bathrooms are just very old looking. The condo was sufficient for our stay, just wasn't as nice as other condos we have stayed in the past.

My group was quite happy with our stay in #3036, at Shoreline Towers. Ashley was SUPER helpful during the booking process & I'll definitely use her with any future Destin travels. We arrived after hours but check-in was a breeze & the guard was pleasant. We received our packet, directions to the tower, & we were in.
The overall aesthetics of the building & grounds were appealing. It's approx. 125 yds off the beach, but the walk wasn't bad at all. The condo itself was nice & roomy & the owner seems to be in the middle of updating. Fantastic job so far, I might add. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we found a few cleaning issues. A light coating of sand covered the floor throughout the unit which ended up being close to 1/4th of a dustpan. Looking closer, we found sand on, between, & under the furniture cushions as well. Also, while putting our groceries away, we found a sticky mess in the top tray of the freezer. We swept & mopped, but the mess in the freezer was avoided. We didn't expect it to be perfect, but it definitely made us question the validity of the cleaning fees. I can honestly say the condo was nowhere near as clean when we walked in on the 1st day as it was when we walked out on the last.
We were pleased with the location as it was fairly centrally located to everything shopping & water related anyone might want to do. There are definitely enough options to keep you & yours entertained all week. The restaurants we tried in the area were nothing short of phenomenal & some are even within walking distance. The beachfront was picturesque & the powdery white sands & emerald green waters made it that much harder to leave after our vacation was up. It was a little rough, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent if so desired.
Overall, we were pleased in our experience with Shoreline Towers & the employees with which we interacted. I'll definitely be utilizing their services again, hopefully sooner tha
