Always impressed, year after year, to upkeep provided to condos, campus and grounds. Condo great and well equiped. Grounds and pools always in top shape. Beach chair and umbrella set-up always nice and good to see Eric again. Tiki Bar, wow, don't ever let their lease end. To enjoy great food and beverages right on beach or at pool is wonderful. Sandy, what a sweetheart. Please tell her Tate said hello.
