Fantastic Family Vacation

Condo had everything we could have asked for. Renovations in unit were nice. Great view and being on the 3rd floor meant we could use the stairs instead of always using the elevator. Had no problem getting a cart to move in or out. Great restaurants and shopping close by. The only thing I would complain about was checking in. After giving credit card and signing papers, we were told our unit was not ready. Kept checking back numerous times and finally someone found our paperwork. It had been there the whole time.

The interior of the condominium was excellent unlike the exterio

We stayed at Edgewater Beach Condominium because it was within walking distance to the beach and it was actually a couple of steps away from the beach which was excellent for my family. The condo that we rented was furnished nicely and the kitchen was updated. The rug was in desperate need of a change - it was too old. Edgewater Beach Condominium can do a better job of making the exterior of the place look a whole lot better. The entrance to the elevators was dated and dark. The water fountain that was once working was not maintained and there were a lot of guest smoking outside and leaving their cigarettes on the ground. I was satisfy with the room but not with the exterior of the place. Whom ever is managing the condominium should invest some money on updating the exterior.

What's not to love about Edgewater Beach Condos?

This is our seventh year at Edgewater Beach and our second year in Unit 302 so that tells you something. We are "winterbirds" and cannot think of a place we'd rather be. The water is always emerald-green and the sand so very white. The view looking out from the unit balcony over the lovely landscaped grounds to the Gulf is amazing. Unit 302 is very comfortable and well stock with most anything that was needed for a great stay. Even the towels were new and fluffy. Unit is easily accessible to either stairs or the elevators taking you to the garage or grounds.
It's not just all about this wonderful unit but the entire complex. Entire staff at Edgewater are great from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Probably one of the friendliest staff around.

There were 6 of us that enjoyed staying in this unit (3 adults and 3 Teenage Girls). It was clean and had everything we needed(exept beach towels but we were informed ahead of time). We could see the ocean form our unit and it was only a few steps away. We were there for the Seafood Festival and we are planning on returning next year and will stay in this unit again.( I am very picky where I stay) Edgewater propery was clean and very well maintained.

We truly enjoyed the warm, at-home feel of this beautifully decorated and furnished condo. It has all the amenities that make you feel right at home. Everything you need is there except groceries and beach chairs. What more can you ask for?
Unit has tile floors in all rooms except bedrooms - with granite in kitchen. This is a second floor unit with a lovely view of the spectacular grounds and directly on Miramar Beach which is probably one of the most spectacular beaches anywhere in Florida - and that is saying a lot.
The "entire" staff is helpful, if needed, and very friendly. No complaints from check-in to check-out.
You are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants of all types but you don't feel like you are in the middle of a tourist area because of how the complex is laid out.
I would recommend this unit to any couple or family who want a clean, very safe place to stay and enjoy on the Emerald Coast
