What’s New at Grand Boulevard

Grand Boulevard’s Town Center has grown quite a bit over the past few years and continues to expand with exciting additions. Last year, we had Menchie’s frozen yogurt store open next to Starbucks. Then Anthropologie and Lilly Pulitzer opened across from the movie theatre. The people of Destin were pretty happy with these new shops and it’s getting even better. 

Grand Fitness opened this year on the second floor across from the theatre in over 20,000 square feet. The locally owned and operated gym boasts over 30 pieces of cardio equipment and 70 pieces of strength training equipment. There are 15 different classes available as well as certified personal trainers on-site. Coffee, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies are offered at the entrance. There’s also childcare, men’s and women’s locker rooms with infrared saunas and spacious showers. They are offering a limited amount of memberships (a little pricey) but offer more than your average gym and is in a great location.

More great news: Pottery Barn is opening soon! The home design and furnishing retailer makes its debut in the spring of 2017. It will occupy 12,000 square feet near the new gym and movie theatre. Since Destin vacation rentals come furnished, this will be an ideal addition with everything you could want to complement your home or condo. 

Grand Boulevard is becoming the place to be with upscale Mexican dishes at Cantina Laredo’s, fine dining and fantastic happy hour specials at Mitchell’s Fish Market and Fleming’s, and plenty of popular shops like Billabong and Zoo Gallery. We are looking forward to the expansion!
