The Season of Festivals Begins

The Sandestin Wine Festival kicked off last night and will continue throughout the weekend. The festival has been named the “Best Annual Event” by Destin Magazine and receives accolades from nationwide media. Hundreds will flock to the Village of Baytowne Wharf to enjoy wine tastings along with great food and music. Over 500 domestic and international wines will be available with a Retail Tent on property to purchase your favorite selections. Representatives from vineyards around the world will be participating in discussions on the variety of wines. Friday and Saturday are the grand wine tastings, with Sunday the 13th being the big Champagne Brunch at Baytowne Marina. This is the 28th year for the festival and many are expected to travel here to join in the festivities for one of the most anticipated events of the year.
