Mind Body Brew

Destin Brewery presents Mind Body Brew! Held this Thursday evening, July 20th at 5:30pm at the Destin Brewery. The event will be held every third Thursday of each month. Bring your mats, balance and love for craft beer! 

What is Mind Body Brew? It’s a flow of exercises that helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility all while enjoying your favorite craft beer. This unique combination began in Germany. Drinking beer is incorporated into postures for what is sure to be one of the most entertaining Mind Body classes you’ve had in a while! 

Get your Zin and Craft Beer in at the Destin Brewery’s first Mind Body Brew this Thursday, July 20th and every third Thursday each month at 5:30pm. The cost is $10  for a  45 minute class which includes a pint of beer. Beginners are welcome! 

The Destin Brewery is located at 505 Mountain Drive in Destin, Florida. The brewery is located in the warehouse district behind Emerald Coast Scuba and Taco Bell.
